The 2007 National Financial Mathematics Career Fair
We are delighted to announce that IAFE, NYU's Courant Institute and SIAM will be co-hosting the 2007 National Financial Mathematics Career Fair on Friday, October 26, 2007 in New York City.
Now in its seventh year, the National Financial Mathematics Career Fair is the premier forum for top-flight financial institutions to meet some of best-qualified quantitative finance graduate students in the nation. Last year’s event brought together more than 300 students from over fifteen graduate institutions, such as Carnegie Mellon, the University of Chicago, Cornell, NYU, Columbia, Berkeley, and the University of Toronto, to meet with recruiters from Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Lehman Brothers, and Bloomberg, among others.
This year for the first time, students seeking internships may attend the career fair. For guidelines, please refer to the eligibility section of our website.
As in past years, private interviews will be possible before and during the main event. Furthermore, there will be a forum for experienced professionals to provide students with their personal perspectives on building a career in quantitative finance!
