The SIAM Registration Desk will be located in Junior B. Hours are as follows:

Registration Fees

Pre-registration deadline – Monday, December 20

On-line registration form will be disconnected at 4PM EST!
If registration and payment are not received by this date, you will be expected to pay the ON-SITE fee upon arrival at the conference.

All advance registration payments are to be made by credit card, check, or money order. All registration fees are quoted in U.S. dollars.

Workshop Information

Immediately preceding the conference on Saturday, January 22, 2005, two concurrent workshops will be held: Algorithm Engineering and Experiments (ALENEX05) and Analytic Algorithmics and Combinatorics (ANALCO05).

All registration fees are quoted in US Dollars.

Workshop Registration Fee Includes:

• Admission to technical sessions
• Coffee breaks
• Room set-ups and audio-visual equipment
• Continental breakfast
• Copy of ALENEX and ANALCO proceedings (will be mailed to attendees after conclusion of workshop)

*PRE-REGISTERED STUDENTS AND THOSE REGISTERING ON SITE MUST CURRENT STUDENT ID UPON CHECKING IN AT THE SIAM REGISTRATION DESK.
Student registration is available for undergraduate and graduate students ONLY. The student rate is not available to post-doctorates.

Please Note: ALENEX/ANALCO and SODA proceedings will be available for purchase on-site at a discount from the list price.

Also Please Note:
It is SIAM policy that all speakers must pre-register. Speakers who do not pre-register will be required to register on site at the higher rate.

Conference Speakers

The Conference Organizing Committee expects every speaker in a scheduled presentation to register and attend the conference.

If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel a presentation, he or she must try to find an alternate presenter immediately, preferably a co-author. Contact SIAM Program Manager Kirsten Wilden immediately with any change to a scheduled presentation. Please e-mail the Program Manager at [email protected].

A “no-show” or cancelled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. The committee thanks all speakers in advance for their compliance with this request.

Pre-register and Save!

We urge attendees to pre-register and save!
To qualify for the pre-registration rate, return the Registration Form with payment to reach the SIAM office or register on-line (before 4 PM EST) by Monday, December 20. Registrations received without payment will not be processed.

Any registration received at the SIAM office after Monday, December 20, will be subject to the full registration fee. We urge you to pre-register and save $45 for the workshops and $80 for SODA.

There will be no pro-rated fees. Refunds will not be issued after Monday, December 20.
