Pattern Formation in Higher Order Differential Equations - Part I of III

In many physical models, one observes distinghuished spatial patterns of evolving solutions. Questions about shape, multiplicity or stability of these structures are of interest. The speakers in this minisymposium will address those questions in broad range of second and fourth order models with both discrete and continuous spacial variables.
