Minisymposteria and Poster Sessions

There are two plenary poster sessions, one on Sunday, March 15, 4:30-6:30 PM and one on Monday, March 16, 4:30-6:30 PM. Each session will be preceded by a Poster Blitz, beginning at 3:10 PM.

To ensure conference participants have ample time to view posters, they will be on display for two full days, from 8:00 AM on Sunday, March 15, 2015 through 7:00 PM on Monday, March 16. Presenters will stand by their posters during their assigned session.

Poster set-up begins at 3:00 PM on Saturday, March 14, 2015. Posters must be removed by 12:30 PM on Tuesday, March 17, 2015.

In late January, all poster and minisymposteria  participants will receive an email with details about their participation. Tables for supporting computer demos may be requested at that time. Confirmation of participation will be required.

Note:  Any poster presenter who fails to present a confirmed presentation will be considered a no-show.  No-shows will be billed $95 per accepted poster.
