SIAM Registration Desk The SIAM registration desk is located on Omni Liberty Foyer lobby level in the pre-function area. To qualify for the preregistration fee, the Preregistration Form and payment must be received by at the SIAM office by Monday, December 28, 1998. Preregistrations received at the SIAM office after Monday, December 28, 1998 will be subject to the $60 difference between the preregistration and registration fees. That difference will be charged to your credit card or collected from you on-site. There will be no prorated fees. Refunds will not be issued after Monday, December 28, 1998. Bring a Friend Bring along a spouse or friend to enjoy all that Baltimore has to offer. Your guest is welcome to attend the "Welcome Reception" on Saturday, January 16th.
