Driving Directions The Omni Inner Harbor Hotel has several access routes. Here are a few suggestions, but the best course of action is to call the hotel directly and request directions. The hotel's phone number is (410)-752-1100. From 83 South- Go to end of expressway, take Fayette St., exit to right, Omni is 7 blocks down on left. Proceeding North on I-95- Take exit 53-395N, follow 1/2 mile and take right on Pratt St., left on Charles St., left on Fayette St. Hotel is one block up on left . Proceeding South on I-95- Go through the Fort McHenry Tunnel - take exit 53-395N and turn right onto Pratt St., left onto Charles St. and left onto Fayette St. Hotel is one block up on left From 40 West- Follow Route 40 into Baltimore where it becomes Mulberry St. Proceed on Mulberry to intersection of Mulberry & St. Paul St, right onto Fayette St. Hotel is 2 blocks up on the left. From Route 70- Take Rt 70 to Route 40 East. Follow directions for From 40 West. From 295- Follow 295 North to Baltimore. 295N becomes Russell St. take right onto Pratt Street, left on Charles Street and left onto Fayette St. Hotel is one block up on the left.
