SIAM Registration Desk
Registration for the SIAM Workshop on Parameter Space Dimension will be offered at the Omni William Penn Hotel only. Registration for the Workshop will not be available at The David L. Lawrence Convention Center (DLCC).
Workshop attendees are urged to pre-register by June 12 via archive.siam.org/meetings/dr17/regform.php to ensure their badge is ready upon arrival.

Student registration is available for undergraduate and graduate students ONLY. The student rate is not available to post-doctorates.
SIAM will continue to offer the pre-registration rate to any individual holding a passport from Syria, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen who is coming to the meeting from outside the US and prefers to register on-site. If you have any concerns about not being able to attend the meeting, you can still pay the pre-registration rate onsite if you present a passport to our conference staff from one of these countries.
If you do not join SIAM before you register, SIAM allows attendees who pay the non-member rate to apply the difference between it and the member rate toward buying an individual membership.

It is SIAM policy that all speakers must pre-register. Speakers who do not pre-register will be required to register on site at the higher rate.

Cancellation Policy
All refund requests must be received in writing by email, fax or regular mail.

A fee of $25.00 will be charged for changes from full registration to one-day registration between May 16, 2017 and June 12, 2017 after which no registration changes will be accepted.

Pre-register and Save!
We urge attendees to pre-register and save!
To qualify for the pre-registration rate, return the Registration Form with payment to reach the SIAM office or register online by June 12, 2017, before midnight EDT. Registrations received without payment will not be processed.
Any registration received at the SIAM office after June 12, 2017, will be subject to the full registration fee. We urge you to pre-register and save up to $25.00.
There will be no pro-rated fees. Refunds will not be issued after June 12, 2017.
SIAM Corporate Members and Sponsors
SIAM is pleased to acknowledge its corporate members and sponsors. In recognition of this support, non-member attendees who are employed by a Corporate Member or Sponsor organization are entitled to the SIAM member registration rate.
