If registration and payment are not received by this date, you will be expected to pay the ON-SITE fee upon arrival at the conference.
Please note: It is SIAM policy that all speakers pre-register. Speakers who do not pre-register will be required to register on-site at the higher rate.

Please join us at our Welcome Reception Barbeque, Monday, May 26th from 6-8 PM, where we will be serving traditional barbeque fare including hot dogs, hamburgers, assorted salads, beans, snacks, dessert and beverages! Be sure to indicate on the registration form if you plan to attend.
A Grab and Go Kiosk will be open for breakfast (6:30 AM -8:30 AM) and lunch (time TBD). The kiosk will offer the following choices:
Other eating option are also available; seven restaurants, five lounges and five kiosks are located at Snowbird.
For the convenience of SIAM attendees, the Eagles Nest room will be available every evening for relaxing and networking with other conference attendees. The Snowbird Spa is also available for $5.00 a day (this cost does not include spa treatments).
As a service to SIAM attendees, SIAM has made arrangements with a state-licensed daycare facility.
Camp Snowbird will be open from 9 AM to 5 PM. Reservations must be made in advance.
All guests who are interested in this service must call Camp Snowbird at (801)933-2256 between April 15th and 30th to make a reservation. It is very important that reservations be made during this time as the day care facility will be closed during May until the beginning of the Dynamical Systems Conference. Utah state license for Camp Snowbird allows for children 4 years and older in the Camp.(3years old if they are 100% potty trained.
**Please remember to mention you are with SIAM in order for Camp Snowbird to gather the correct information.**
The fees are as follows:
One Day $70
Two Days $125 ($62.50 per day)
Three Days $174 ($58 per day)
Four Days $174 ($55 per day)

Multiple activities will be planned for the children including tram rides,
outdoor nature hikes (weather permitting), arts and crafts, music and story
time, free play, as well as morning and afternoon snacks and a hot lunch.
The Conference Organizing Committee expects every speaker of a scheduled presentation to register and attend the conference.
Please Note: It is SIAM policy that all speakers must preregister.
If they do not preregister, minisymposium organizers and speakers will
be required to register at the SIAM ON-SITE member rate and pay $80 more.
If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel a presentation, he or she must try to find an alternate presenter immediately, preferably a co-author. The SIAM Conference Department must be informed immediately of any change to a scheduled presentation. A "no-show" or canceled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. The committee thanks all speakers in advance for their compliance with this request.

Any registration received at the SIAM office after Wednesday, April 23, 2003 will be subject to the full registration fee. We urge you to preregister and save $80.
There will be no prorated fees. Refunds will not be issued after Wednesday,
January 15, 2003.
