Reservations
SIAM is holding a block of rooms at the Heldrich Hotel. These rooms are being held on a first-come, first-served basis at the following discounted rates. Please be aware the room block fills quickly, so we suggest you make your hotel and travel plans early.
The group rate is guaranteed until the cutoff date unless the block fills prior to that. If there are rooms available after the cutoff date, they will be available at the best rate offered at that time.

Single Room $140.00
per night plus 15.0% tax
Double Room $125.00
per night/per person plus 15.0% tax*

All rates are subject to state and local occupancy taxes.
Your reservation is not confirmed until acknowledged in writing by the hotel or verified by phone.
When making reservations, be sure to identify yourself as an attendee of the SIAM Conference on Financial Mathematics and Engineering. In order to get the SIAM group rate, please make your reservations via fax at (+) 1-732-729-4672 or mail the Hotel Reservation Form directly to the Heldrich Hotel. You may also make your reservation by phone by calling 866-609-4700 (USA and Canada) or (+) 1-732-729-4670. Do not make your reservation online through the hotel web site, as this will not allow you to retain the SIAM group rate. Remember to get your confirmation number!
Deposit
The Heldrich Hotel requires a credit card to confirm and guarantee your reservation. The hotel will send out e-mail confirmations upon request.
Cancellations
If you need to change or cancel your reservation, you must contact the hotel 24 hours prior to your arrival date in order to avoid a cancellation fee. You can contact the hotel at 866-609-4700 (USA and Canada) or (+) 1-732-729-4670. Remember to get a cancellation number!
Check-In and Check-Out
Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 PM.
Parking
Valet Parking is $19.00 for the day and $29.00 overnight.
Self Parking is $16.00 for day and overnight.
Health Facilities
Hotel guests will have complimentary use of the fitness center in the Heldrich.
