Pre-registration deadline – Monday, September 14, 2015
Online registration form will be disconnected at 4:00 PM EDT!
If registration and payment are not received by this date, you will need to register on-site at the higher rate.

All advance registration payments are to be made by credit card, check, or money order.  All fees are quoted in US dollars. SIAM accepts Visa, Discover, MasterCard and American Express.

*STUDENTS MUST SHOW A CURRENT STUDENT ID UPON CHECKING IN AT THE SIAM REGISTRATION DESK.

Student registration is available for undergraduate and graduate students ONLY.  The student rate is not available to post-doctorates.

If you do not join SIAM before you register, SIAM allows attendees who pay the non-member rate to apply the difference between it and the member rate toward buying an individual membership.  We will continue to offer this option and expand the offer to those who pay the non-member minisymposia organizer or speaker rate.

Conference Dinner Banquet (separate fee applies)
A conference dinner banquet will be held in the conference hotel on Tuesday, October 13, 2015 after technical sessions conclude. Tickets are available for $46.50 per person and will include a three-course meal. A cash bar will be offered.

Please Note: 
It is SIAM policy that all speakers must pre-register.
Speakers who do not pre-register will be required to register on site at the higher rate.

 

Conference Speakers

The Conference Organizing Committee expects every speaker in a scheduled presentation to register and attend the conference.

If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel a presentation, he or she must try to find an alternate presenter immediately, preferably a co-author. Contact SIAM Meeting Manager Kirsten Wilden (wilden@siam.org) immediately with any change to a scheduled presentation.

A “no-show” or cancelled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. The committee thanks all speakers in advance for their compliance with this request.

SIAM is not responsible for the safety and security of attendees’ computers. Do not leave laptop computers unattended.

Please remember to turn off cell phones, pagers, etc., during sessions.

 

How to Register

Web: Submit the online Registration Form.  You will receive an e-mail confirmation acknowledging your registration within two days. If you do not receive it, SIAM has not processed your registration.  Please contact meetings@siam.org.

Cancellation Policy

All refund requests must be received in writing by email, fax or regular mail.

Cancellation on or before August 17, 2015 Full Refund

August 18, 2015 – September 14, 2015

$75.00 Cancellation Fee
After September 14, 2015 No Refund

A fee of $75.00 will be charged for changes from full registration to one-day registration between August 18, 2015 and September 14, 2015 after which no registration changes will be accepted.

SIAM accepts VISA, Discover, MasterCard, and American Express. Please indicate credit card type, account number, and the expiration date on the Registration Form.

 

Pre-register and Save!

We urge attendees to pre-register and save!
To qualify for the pre-registration rate, return the Registration Form with payment to reach the SIAM office or register online by September 14, 2015, before 4:00 PM EDT.  Registrations received without payment will not be processed.

Any registration received at the SIAM office after September 14, 2015, will be subject to the full registration fee. We urge you to pre-register and save up to $80.00.

There will be no pro-rated fees. Refunds will not be issued after September 14, 2015.

 

SIAM Corporate Members and Sponsors

SIAM is pleased to acknowledge its corporate members and sponsors. In recognition of this support, non-member attendees who are employed by a Corporate Member or Sponsor organization are entitled to the SIAM member registration rate.
