A variety of hotels are available for attendees. The hotel reservation deadline is March 4, 2005.

Please be aware the conference center charges a flat fee of 9 Euros for the hotel reservation service. The deadline for using the conference center hotel reservation service is March 4, 2005.

Visit the Tourist Information Office website at http://www.ot-avignon.fr/index2.htm can also assist with making a reservation directly with a hotel.

Hotels fill very early in Avignon so please be sure to book early! Hotels near the conference center may fill if you wait too long to look for a hotel.
