The registration fee is the same no matter which conference you are attending. Please note which conference you are attending or if you will be attending both on the registration form.
There will be no prorated fees. No refunds will be issued after Friday, August 10, 2001. If your preregistration payment arrives at SIAM after the conference has started, that payment will be returned to you and your on-site registration will be processed.

The Conference Organizing Committee expects every speaker of a scheduled presentation to register and attend the conference. (SIAM asks that the speaker(s) preregister so that all program materials are ready for the speaker(s) when they arrive and check in at the registration desk) If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel his/her presentation, the speaker is expected to find an alternate presenter immediately. The speaker must inform the SIAM Conference Department immediately of any change to his/her scheduled presentation.
A �no-show� or cancelled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. The committee thanks all speakers in advance for compliance with this directive.

NOTICE: On-line registration will be open until September 5, 2001. After September 5, 2001, conference registration MUST be done
onsite at the conference.
To qualify for the preregistration fee, return the Preregistration Form with payment to reach the SIAM office by Friday, August 10, 2001.
Any registration received at the SIAM office after Friday, August 10, 2001 will be subject to the full registration fee. We urge you to preregister and save the $60.00 difference.
There will be no prorated fees. Refunds will not be issued after Friday, August 10, 2001.
