Registration Fees

Pre-registration deadline – Monday, April 17
Online registration form will be disconnected at 4:00 PM EDT!
If registration and payment are not received by this date, you will be expected to pay the on-site fee upon arrival at the conference.

All advance registration payments are to be made by credit card, check, or money order.  All fees are quoted in US dollars.

Student registration is available for undergraduate and graduate students ONLY.  The student rate is not available to post-doctorates.

Conference Registration Fee Includes:

Please Note: 
It is SIAM policy that all speakers must pre-register. Speakers who do not pre-register will be required to register on site at the higher rate.

Conference Speakers

The Conference Organizing Committee expects every speaker in a scheduled presentation to register and attend the conference.

If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel a presentation, he or she must try to find an alternate presenter immediately, preferably a co-author. Contact SIAM Program Manager, Kirsten Wilden, immediately with any change to a scheduled presentation.  Please e-mail the Program Manager at wilden@siam.org

A “no-show” or cancelled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. The committee thanks all speakers in advance for their compliance with this request.

SIAM is not responsible for the safety and security of attendees’ computers. Do not leave laptop computers unattended.

Please remember to turn off cell phones, pagers, etc., during sessions.

How to Register

Web: Submit the Online Registration Form.  You will receive an e-mail confirmation acknowledging your registration within two weeks. If you do not receive it, SIAM has not processed your registration.  Please contact meetings@siam.org.

Cancellation on or before March 20 -  Full Refund
March 21–April 17 -  $75.00 Cancellation Fee
After April 17 - No Refund

SIAM accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Please indicate credit card type, account number, and the expiration date on the Registration Form.

Pre-register and Save!

We urge attendees to pre-register and save!To qualify for the pre-registration rate, return the Registration Form with payment to reach the SIAM office or register online by Monday, April 17, before 4:00 PM EDT.  Registrations received without payment will not be processed.

Any registration received at the SIAM office after Monday, April 17, will be subject to the full registration fee. We urge you to pre-register and save $80.

There will be no pro-rated fees. Refunds will not be issued after Monday, April 17.

SIAM Corporate Members and Sponsors

SIAM is pleased to acknowledge its corporate members. In recognition of this support, non-member attendees who are employed by a Corporate Member or Sponsor organization are entitled to the SIAM member registration rate.
