Registration Desk

The SIAM registration desk will be located in the Peale Foyer located on the second floor. Registration will be open during the following times:

Monday, May 22	7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Tuesday, May 23	7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Wednesday, May 24	7:30 AM - 12:00 PM

Registration Fees

Preregistration deadline - Friday April 28, 2000

There will be no prorated fees. No refunds will be issued after Friday, May 5, 2000.

Wire Transfers	After paying by wire transfer, please fill out the Wire Transfer Form. Filling out this form will enable SIAM to recognize your particular wire transfer when it arrives at SIAM and process your order much more promptly.

Preregister and Save!

We urge attendees to preregister and save! To qualify for the preregistration rate, the registration form and payment must be received at the SIAM Office by Friday, April 28, 2000.

Registrations received at the SIAM office after Friday, April 28 will be subject to the difference between the preregistration and registration fees. The difference will be charged to your credit card or collected from you on-site.

SIAM accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or check as a form of payment. When using credit card, please indicate card type, account number, and the expiration date on the registration form. Remember to include your signature on the appropriate line.
