Registration Fees

Pre-registration deadline – Thursday, March 29, 2007
Online registration form will be disconnected at 4:00 PM EST!
If registration and payment are not received by this date, you will be expected to pay the on-site fee upon arrival at the conference.

All advance registration payments are to be made by credit card, check, or money order.  All fees are quoted in US dollars.                                   

*PRE-REGISTERED STUDENTS AND THOSE REGISTERING ON SITE MUST SHOW A CURRENT STUDENT ID UPON CHECKING IN AT THE SIAM REGISTRATION DESK.

Student registration is available for undergraduate and graduate students ONLY.  The student rate is not available to post-doctorates.

Conference Registration Fee Includes:
Admission to all technical sessions
Admission to all tutorial sessions
Admission to a workshop
Coffee breaks daily
Copy of conference proceedings (will be mailed
to attendees after conclusion of conference)
Daily continental breakfast
Room set-ups and audio/visual equipment
Welcome Reception and Poster Session

Please Note:  
It is SIAM policy that all speakers must pre-register. Speakers who do not pre-register will be required to register on site at the higher rate.

Conference Speakers
The Conference Organizing Committee expects every speaker in a scheduled presentation to register and attend the conference.

If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel a presentation, he or she must try to find an alternate presenter immediately, preferably a co-author. Contact SIAM Meeting Manager Nicole Jorlett ([email protected]) immediately with any change to a scheduled presentation.

A “no-show” or cancelled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. The committee thanks all speakers in advance for their compliance with this request.

SIAM is not responsible for the safety and security of attendees’ computers. Do not leave laptop computers unattended.

Please remember to turn off cell phones, pagers, etc., during sessions.

Cancellation Policy

on or before March 1, 2007	Full Refund
March 2 – March 29, 2007	$75 cancellation fee
After March 29, 2007	No Refund

SIAM accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Please indicate credit card type, account number, and the expiration date on the Registration Form.

Any registration received at the SIAM office after Thursday, March 29, 2007, will be subject to the full registration fee. We urge you to pre-register and save up to $80.

There will be no pro-rated fees. Refunds will not be issued after Thursday, March 29, 2007.

SIAM Corporate Members and Sponsors
SIAM is pleased to acknowledge its corporate members and sponsors. In recognition of this support, non-member attendees who are employed by a Corporate Member or Sponsor organization are entitled to the SIAM member registration rate.
