Susan Whitehouse Susan has a B.S. in Sociology from the University of Houston and earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from the American Society of Association Executives in December 2006. She has over twenty-five years of nonprofit management experience including ten years with professional associations. Susan joined SIAM in 2003 and is responsible for all activities involving individual membership including needs assessment and new program development. She works with individual members, promotes the development of chapters and sections, and serves as a liaison for the SIAM activity groups. |

Joanne M. Cassetti Joanne has a B.A. Degree in Communications from LaSalle University. She has worked in all areas of Publishing and Publications throughout her career and is committed to leading successful organizational communication and customer service teams. She and the Customer Service staff are responsible for processing all memberships, subscriptions, conference registrations and book orders as well as responding to all customer inquiries. |

Frank W. Kunkle Frank works on individual member promotion and retention efforts. Frank has a B.A. in both Strategic Communication and Psychology from Temple University. |

Nancy Snell Nancy is responsible for administration of the US and international SIAM student chapters. She handles student member recognition, member retention programs, the student chapter website information and web updates as well as the SIAM activity group elections and charter renewals. She has worked extensively with non-profit agencies and Philadelphia based universities over the years. Nancy attended Philadelphia College of the Arts and Temple University and has a background in computer graphics and customer service. |
