Susan Whitehouse

Susan has a B.S. in Sociology from the University of Houston and earned her Certified Association Executive (CAE) designation from the American Society of Association Executives in December 2006. She has over twenty-five years of nonprofit management experience including ten years with professional associations. Susan joined SIAM in 2003 and is responsible for all activities involving individual membership including needs assessment and new program development. She works with individual members, promotes the development of chapters and sections, and serves as a liaison for the SIAM activity groups.

Arlette has a BA in Psychology from Rosemont College and has worked in customer service throughout her career.  In addition to her responsibilities as Customer Service Manager, she is responsible for processing Academic Memberships and responds to all membership inquiries.

Dan is responsible for corporate/institutional membership acquisition and renewal, consortia sales, SJO and Locus promotions and special marketing projects. Dan has a B.S. in Speech Communication, Public Relations from Millersville University.

Nancy Snell
Membership Administration Assistant

Nancy is responsible for administration and correspondence with student chapters. She administers components of the member recognition and retention programs and assists with member correspondence. Nancy has a strong background in computer graphics and has worked extensively with non-profit agencies and Philadelphia based universities for 20 years.
