SIAM Southeastern Atlantic Section (SIAM-SEAS)

SIAM-SEAS was formed in 1977 to serve as a link among scientists, engineers, applied mathematicians and graduate students in the southeast and with SIAM. States included in the section are Alabama, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina and Tennessee. The Southeastern Atlantic Section of SIAM sponsors an annual meeting each spring.

The 2010 SIAM-SEAS Meeting was hosted by the Mathematics Department at North Carolina State University on March 20-21, 2010.

The 2011 SIAM-SEAS Meeting will be hosted at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte on March 26-27, 2011

The 2012 SIAM-SEAS Meeting will be hosted at the University of Alabama, Hunstville on March 24-25, 2012
