The host institution is required to let the SIAM office know when a visiting lecturer has been scheduled. Please complete this form and submit it at least three weeks before the scheduled visit. This will allow sufficient time for SIAM information packets which include an offer for a complimentary one-year subscription to SIAM News for each student to be mailed to you.
