Dr. Mendiratta (Ph.D., Northwestern University, 1981) is a Consulting Member of Technical Staff at Bell Laboratories, Alcatel-Lucent based in Naperville, Illinois. Her work is focused on the reliability and performance analysis for telecommunications systems products, networks and services to guide system architecture solutions. Her technical interests include architecture, system and network dependability analysis, software reliability engineering and data analytics. Recent work has included solution reliability engineering for 4G wireless networks and developing anomaly prediction algorithms for wireless networks. Professional activities include: serving on the MCM Advisory Board as well as an MCM and HiMCM judge; member of INFORMS and Senior Member of IEEE; Program Committee member for IEEE DSN and ISSRE conferences; and past co-chair of INFORMS Chicago Chapter.
