Student registration is available for undergraduate and graduate students ONLY. The student rate is not available to post-doctorates.
SIAM will continue to offer the pre-registration rate to any individual holding a passport from Syria, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen who is coming to the meeting from outside the US and prefers to register on-site. If you have any concerns about not being able to attend the meeting, you can still pay the pre-registration rate onsite if you present a passport to our conference staff from one of these countries.
If you do not join SIAM before you register, SIAM allows attendees who pay the non-member rate to apply the difference between it and the member rate toward buying an individual membership. We will continue to offer this option and expand the offer to those who pay the non-member minisymposia organizer or speaker rate.
Please Note:It is SIAM policy that all speakers must pre-register. Speakers who do not pre-register will be required to register on site at the higher rate.
All attendees who register online must login to use the online registration system. If you are a member, the login is the same as your member login. If you do not remember your username or password you may request it using the link on the registration site by providing the e-mail in your SIAM record. You must use your member login to get the member rate for the conference. If you are not a member, but are a minisymposium speaker or organizer, or have attended a SIAM conference or purchased a SIAM publication in the past, you should check for an existing account. This will allow you to register without setting up a new account. If you do not have an existing account you can follow the link to create a new account.
Attendees must register themselves using their own login credentials. If you are registering individuals other than yourself, please contact us for assistance.

The Conference Organizing Committee expects every speaker in a scheduled presentation to register and attend the conference.
If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel a presentation, he or she should try to find an alternate presenter immediately, preferably a co-author. Contact SIAM Meeting Manager Nicole Erle immediately with any change to a scheduled presentation.

A “no-show” or cancelled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. The committee thanks all speakers in advance for their compliance with this request.
SIAM is not responsible for the safety and security of attendees’ computers. Do not leave laptop computers unattended.
Please remember to turn off cell phones, pagers, etc., during sessions.

SIAM accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. Please indicate credit card type, account number, and the expiration date on the Registration Form.
We urge attendees to pre-register and save!
To qualify for the pre-registration rate, return the Registration Form with payment to reach the SIAM office or register online by July 9, before Midnight EDT. Registrations received without payment will not be processed.
Any registration received at the SIAM office after July 9 will be subject to the full registration fee. We urge you to pre-register and save up to $100.00.
There will be no pro-rated fees. Refunds will not be issued after July 9, 2018.
SIAM is pleased to acknowledge its corporate members and sponsors. In recognition of this support, non-member attendees who are employed by a Corporate Member or Sponsor organization are entitled to the SIAM member registration rate.
All refund requests must be received in writing by email, fax or regular mail.

A fee of $75.00 will be charged for changes from full registration to one-day registration between June 12 and July 9 after which no registration changes will be accepted.
