Notes on Registration Fees

*Student registration is available for undergraduate and graduate students ONLY; this rate is not available to post-doctorates. The student non-member rate includes a SIAM student membership. Questions regarding SIAM membership should be directed to SIAM Membership.

Please Note:
Registration is required to gain access to the online platform. Speakers are urged to pre-register!

Register early, on or before February 15, to save money. Rates increase after this date!

It is SIAM policy that all speakers must register during the pre-registration period. Speakers who do not register early will be required to register during the standard registration period at the higher rate.


About Registering

All attendees who register online must login to use the online registration system. If you are a member, the login is the same as your member login. If you do not remember your username or password you may request it using the link on the registration site by providing the email in your SIAM record. You must use your member login to get the member rate for the conference. If you are not a member, but attended a SIAM conference or purchased a SIAM publication in the past, check for an existing account. This will allow you to register without setting up a new account. If you do not have an existing account, you can follow the link to create a new account.

Attendees must register themselves using their own login credentials. If you are registering individuals other than yourself, please contact us for assistance.

Conference Speakers

The Organizing Committee expects every speaker in a scheduled presentation to register and attend. If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel a presentation, he or she should try to find an alternate presenter immediately, preferably a co-author. Contact [email protected] immediately with any change to a scheduled presentation.

A “no-show” or cancelled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. The committee thanks all speakers in advance for their compliance with this request.


Recorded Presentations

All presentations will be recorded and made available through the conference platform to conference registrants.

Pre-register and Save!

We urge attendees to pre-register and save!

To qualify for the pre-registration rate, register online by February 15, before 11:59 p.m. Eastern Time. Registrations received without payment will not be processed.

Any registration received after February 15, 2021 will be subject to the standard registration rate. Standard Registration rates will apply beginning at 12:00 a.m. on February 16, 2021.

There will be no pro-rated fees. Refunds will not be issued after the pre-registration date.


SIAM Corporate Members and Sponsors

SIAM is pleased to acknowledge its corporate members and sponsors. In recognition of this support, non-member attendees who are employed by a Corporate Member or Sponsor organization are entitled to the SIAM member registration rate.
