Career Fair

The Career Fair will emphasize careers in business, industry, and government. The Career Fair is scheduled on Monday, July 11 from 10:30AM - 9:15PM at The Westin Boston Waterfront in the Pavilion on the concourse level. There will be 3 sessions: 10:30 AM – 12:30 PM, 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM and 7:15 PM-9:15 PM .

In addition, a panel on careers in business, industry, and government is scheduled for 6:15PM – 7:15PM followed by a reception that coincides with the last session of the Career Fair. Further details for these events will follow.

Employers

You may have no current jobs available, but if you participate, you will have the opportunity to make valuable contacts that you can build upon with students and faculty.

There is no fee for an organization's participation in the Career Fair. For Career Fair materials that cannot be hand carried or cannot be directly delivered to the conference site, there is a exposition services fee for the participant’s materials to be shipped to and from the conference. 

Exhibitors will be given a 6' table, two chairs, and a waste basket. Participants who want to attend the technical program will need to register for the Annual Meeting. A resume booklet will be put together and mailed to you prior to the meeting.

 

Job Seekers

The Career Fair presents a unique opportunity for job seekers to meet prospective employers. Job seekers must pre-register for the Annual Meeting by June 13, 2016. Resumes can be submitted to [email protected] (using subject line "AN16 Career Fair Resume – LAST NAME")  through July 1, 2016 in order to be included in a resume booklet which will be distributed to exhibitors prior to the event.
