The Conference Organizing Committee expects every speaker of a scheduled presentation to register and attend the conference. (SIAM asks all speakers to preregister so that all program materials are ready when you arrive and check in at the registration desk).
If it becomes necessary for you to cancel your presentation, try to find an alternate presenter immediately, preferably one of your co-authors. You must inform the SIAM Conference Department immediately of any change to your scheduled presentation. A �no-show� or cancelled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. The committee thanks all speakers in advance for compliance with this request.
To qualify for the preregistration fee, return the Preregistration Form with payment to reach the SIAM office by Monday, May 21, 2001.
Any registration received at the SIAM office after Monday, May 21, 2001 will be subject to the full registration fee. We urge you to preregister and save the $60.00 difference.
There will be no prorated fees. Refunds will not be issued after Monday, May 21, 2001.
