Registration Fees

Pre-registration deadline - Monday, June 9, 2014
Online registration form will be disconnected at 4:00 PM EDT!
If registration and payment are not received by this date, you will need to register on-site at the higher rate.

All advance registration payments are to be made by credit card, check, or money order.  All fees are quoted in US dollars. SIAM accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

* PRE-REGISTERED STUDENTS AND THOSE REGISTERING ON SITE MUST SHOW A CURRENT STUDENT ID UPON CHECKING IN AT THE SIAM REGISTRATION DESK.

Student registration is available for undergraduate and graduate students ONLY.  The student rate is not available to post-doctorates.

If you do not join SIAM before you register, SIAM allows attendees who pay the non-member rate to apply the difference between it and the member rate toward buying an individual membership.  We will continue to offer this option and expand the offer to those who pay the non-member minisymposia organizer or speaker rate.

Admission to all technical sessions

Room set-ups and audio/visual equipment

Please Note:
It is SIAM policy that all speakers must pre-register. Speakers who do not pre-register will be required to register on site at the higher rate.

Cancellation Policy

All refund requests must be received in writing by email, fax or regular mail.

Cancellation on or before May 12, 2014	Full Refund
May 13, 2014 – June 9, 2014	$25.00 Cancellation Fee
After June 9, 2014	No Refund

A fee of $25.00 will be charged for changes from full registration to one-day registration between May 13, 2014 and June 9, 2014 after which no registration changes will be accepted.

SIAM accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Please indicate credit card type, account number, and the expiration date on the Registration Form.

 

Pre-register and Save!

We urge attendees to pre-register and save!
To qualify for the pre-registration rate, return the Registration Form with payment to reach the SIAM office or register online by June 9, 2014, before 4:00 PM EDT.  Registrations received without payment will not be processed.

Any registration received at the SIAM office after June 9, 2014, will be subject to the full registration fee. We urge you to pre-register and save up to $25.00.

There will be no pro-rated fees. Refunds will not be issued after June 9, 2014.

 

SIAM Corporate Members and Sponsors

SIAM is pleased to acknowledge its corporate members and sponsors. In recognition of this support, non-member attendees who are employed by a Corporate Member or Sponsor organization are entitled to the SIAM member registration rate.
