Fred Vermolen

Fred Vermolen is a full professor of computational mathematics at the University of Hasselt in Belgium. His research is in the field of free boundary problems, partial differential equations, numerical approaches, and uncertainty quantification, with applications in medicine and porous media. Vermolen was formerly an assistant and associate professor at the Delft University of Technology in the Netherlands.
