Recent Advances in Graph Theory

This minisymposium will concentrate on recent advances in graph theory. The emphasis will be on structural results and the techniques behind these advances. Understanding graph structure is fundamental to advances both in theory and alogrithms, as well as in many applications. Research on path and cycle structure has always played an important role in a variety of research directions in graph theory. The speakers will concentrate on this area, with special emphasis on recent advances on the structure of 2-factors and problems involving disjoint paths.
