Membership

The EPOC will have an inaugural committee of 6 persons: Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Treasurer, Controller, a member of the Financial Management Committee and a SIAM staff member. Appointments are for a term of two-years and made by the Board. 

Note: staff committee appointments are co-terminus upon termination of employment with SIAM
