Registration and all sessions will be located in the SwissTech Convention building.

Registration Deadlines:
Pre-registration ends: January 31, 2016, midnight PST
Regular Registration: March 31, 2016
Onsite Registration: April 5-8, 2016

The pre-registration rate is available until midnight PST on January 31, 2016. After this date and time, online registration will be available until March 31, 2016 at the regular/onsite registration rate. After March 31, all registrations must be handled onsite.

Please note: All speakers are required to register by the early bird deadline January 31, 2016 (midnight PST), in order to ensure their talk is included in the program. 

Registration fees are in Swiss Francs.

* In order to benefit from the reduced fee, undergraduate and graduate students in training must send a letter certifying their current student status from their learning institution to the Congress either by fax (+41 21 312 92 63) or scanned to nicole.giacomini@meeting-com.ch, within 7 days of registering for the conference at the reduced rate.

Conference Speakers

The Conference Organizing Committee expects every speaker in a scheduled presentation to register and attend the conference.

If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel a presentation, he or she should try to find an alternate presenter immediately, preferably a co-author. Contact SIAM Meeting Manager Kirsten Wilden (wilden@siam.org) immediately with any change to a scheduled presentation.

A “no-show” or cancelled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. The committee thanks all speakers in advance for their compliance with this request.

SIAM is not responsible for the safety and security of attendees’ computers. Do not leave laptop computers unattended.

Please remember to turn off cell phones, pagers, etc., during sessions.

 

Cancellation Policy

If registration cancellation is received more than 30 days prior the event, the refund of the amount paid will be done net of CHF 60.00 for administrative costs. Thereafter no refund will be possible.

Cancellation must be sent by email or fax to the Congress Secretariat (nicole.giacomini@meeting-com.ch).

Any registration done within the early bird/pre-registration time must be paid during this period. If not the case, the invoice is automatically updated at the current price.

Administrative costs will be charged to no shows.

Legal jurisdiction is Lausanne/Switzerland.
