These exhibit options are available at in-person conferences and are an integral part of our well-attended events.

• Single Tabletop $995
  
  • Includes a 6' skirted table, two chairs, wastebasket, and up to two (2) exhibitor registrations 
• Double Exhibitor Tabletop $1,800
  
  • Includes two (2) 6' skirted tables, four chairs, wastebasket, and up to four (4) exhibitor registrations
• Exhibitor Booth $2,195 (Exclusive to SIAM Annual Meeting and SIAM Conference on Computational Science and Engineering)
  • Includes a 10'x10' space, back wall and side rail drape, standard carpet, standard booth ID sign, one (1) 6' draped table, two (2) side chairs, a wastebasket, and either two (2) full conference registrations or four (4) booth-only exhibitor passes
  • One conference registration or two exhibitor registrations to staff the booth
• Exhibitor Stage
  • 30-minute exhibitor presentations are available at select conferences
  • Introductory pricing starts at $1,500
    
    

Cancelation Policy

• Exhibitors withdrawing or canceling 90 days or more prior to event will forfeit 25% of the total cost paid.
• Exhibitors canceling less than 90 days prior to event, but more than 30 days prior to event, will forfeit 50% of the total cost paid.
• Exhibitors canceling less than 30 days prior to event will forfeit 100% of the total cost paid.
