If registration and payment are not received by this date, you will need to register on-site at the higher rate.
All advance registration payments are to be made by credit card, check, or money order. All fees are quoted in US dollars. SIAM accepts American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa.

Student registration is available for undergraduate and graduate students ONLY. The student rate is not available to post-doctorates.
SIAM will continue to offer the pre-registration rate to any individual holding a passport from Iraq, Syria, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen who is coming to the meeting from outside the US and prefers to register on-site. If you have any concerns about not being able to attend the meeting, you can still pay the pre-registration rate onsite if you present a passport to our conference staff from one of these countries.
If you do not join SIAM before you register, SIAM allows attendees who pay the non-member rate to apply the difference between it and the member rate toward buying an individual membership. We will continue to offer this option and expand the offer to those who pay the non-member minisymposia organizer or speaker rate.

A Continental breakfast for each day is included in the registration fee. No lunches, dinners or lodging is included in the registration fee.
It is SIAM policy that all speakers must pre-register. Speakers who do not pre-register will be required to register on site at the higher rate.
The Conference Organizing Committee expects every speaker in a scheduled presentation to register and attend the conference.
If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel a presentation, he or she should try to find an alternate presenter immediately, preferably a co-author. Contact SIAM Meeting Manager Nicole Erle (email@example.com) immediately with any change to a scheduled presentation.
A “no-show” or cancelled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. The committee thanks all speakers in advance for their compliance with this request.
SIAM is not responsible for the safety and security of attendees’ computers. Do not leave laptop computers unattended.
Please remember to turn off cell phones, pagers, etc., during sessions.

A fee of $75.00 will be charged for changes from full registration to one-day registration between March 2, 2017 and March 30, 2017 after which no registration changes will be accepted.

We urge attendees to pre-register and save!
To qualify for the pre-registration rate, return the Registration Form with payment to reach the SIAM office or register online by March 30, 2017, before midnight EDT. Registrations received without payment will not be processed.
Any registration received at the SIAM office after March 30, 2017, will be subject to the full registration fee. We urge you to pre-register and save up to $130.00.
There will be no pro-rated fees. Refunds will not be issued after March 30, 2017.
