Based on the high number of submissions for CT15, poster presenters should plan to display their posters for the duration of the conference in lieu of a two-hour session. Each poster presenter is required to stand by their poster during the afternoon coffee breaks over the conference dates of Wednesday, July 8 – Friday, July 10. In the event a presenter is not available each day, the presenter should post a note on the board indicating during which breaks they will be available for questions and discussion.
Boards will be able to accommodate A0 posters (84,1 x 118,9 cm).
Boards and push pins will be available to presenters beginning Wednesday, July 8th at 10:00 AM. Posters must be removed by Friday, July 10 at 7:00 PM.
For general information about preparing a poster, please visit http://www.siam.org/meetings/guidelines/presenters.php.
