The SDM 2015 Doctoral Forum will provide an opportunity for Ph.D. students working on topics related to data mining and knowledge discovery to discuss and receive feedback on their research from peers and senior practitioners in the field. The Doctoral Forum will be an integral part of the SDM program, and will provide a constructive atmosphere for these students.  We would particularly like to see increased participation by attendees who are women or members of minority groups that are currently underrepresented in the Computer Science research community.

The Doctoral Forum will be a special poster session at the SDM conference. Students who have a paper (either a talk or a poster) in the main conference and wish to have a poster at the Doctoral Forum should present work that is distinct from the work included in the Proceedings of the SDM conference.
