Registration Fees

Pre-registration deadline – April 2, 2015
Online registration form will be disconnected at April 2, 2015, at 4:00 PM EDT.
If registration and payment are not received by this date, you will need to register on-site at the higher rate.

All advance registration payments are to be made by credit card, check, or money order.  All fees are quoted in US dollars. SIAM accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Student registration is available for undergraduate and graduate students ONLY. The student rate is not available to post-doctorates.

If you do not join SIAM before you register, SIAM allows attendees who pay the non-member rate to apply the difference between it and the member rate toward buying an individual membership. We will continue to offer this option and expand the offer to those who pay the non-member minisymposia organizer or speaker rate.

Please Note: 
It is SIAM policy that all speakers must pre-register. Speakers who do not pre-register will be required to register at the higher, on-site rate.

 

Conference Speakers

The Conference Organizing Committee expects every speaker in a scheduled presentation to register and attend the conference.

If it becomes necessary for a speaker to cancel a presentation, he or she must try to find an alternate presenter immediately, preferably a co-author. Contact SIAM Meeting Manager Nicole Erle ([email protected]) immediately with any change to a scheduled presentation.

A “no-show” or cancelled presentation can cause serious inconvenience to the attendees and conference organizers. The committee thanks all speakers in advance for their compliance with this request.

SIAM is not responsible for the safety and security of attendees’ computers. Do not leave laptop computers unattended.

Please remember to turn off cell phones, pagers, etc., during sessions.

 

How to Register

Cancellation Policy

All refund requests must be received in writing by email, fax or regular mail.

Cancellation on or before March 4, 2015 Full Refund

March 5, 2015 - April 2, 2015

$75.00 Cancellation Fee
After April 2, 2015 No Refund

A fee of $75.00 will be charged for changes from full registration to one-day registration between March 5, 2015 and April 2, 2015 after which no registration changes will be accepted.

SIAM accepts VISA, MasterCard, and American Express. Please indicate credit card type, account number, and the expiration date on the Registration Form.

 

Pre-register and Save!

We urge attendees to pre-register and save! To qualify for the pre-registration rate, return the Registration Form with payment to reach the SIAM office or register online by April 2, 2015, before 4:00 PM EDT.  Registrations received without payment will not be processed.

Any registration received at the SIAM office after April 2, 2015, will be subject to the full registration fee. We urge you to pre-register and save up to $90.00.

There will be no pro-rated fees. Refunds will not be issued after April 2, 2015.

 

SIAM Corporate Members and Sponsors

SIAM is pleased to acknowledge its corporate members and sponsors. In recognition of this support, non-member attendees who are employed by a Corporate Member or Sponsor organization are entitled to the SIAM member registration rate.
