If you have already applied for Conference Support, please do not register for the conference until you have received notification about the status of your award.
SIAM will continue to offer the early registration rate to any individual holding a passport from Syria, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Sudan, and Yemen who is coming to the meeting from outside the U.S. If you have any concerns about not being able to attend the meeting, you can still pay the Early In-Person Registration Rate until the April 5, 2022 deadline. If you do not join SIAM before you register, SIAM allows attendees who pay the non-member rate to apply the difference between it and the member rate toward buying an individual membership.
Important Registration Information
SIAM policy requires all speakers register. Speakers are encouraged to register by the published deadlines in order to take advantage of discounted Early Registration rates. Speakers not registered by the Early Registration Deadline must register at the higher Standard Registration rates.
This conference will be held in hybrid format. Registrants will be required to select their registration category during the online registration process as outlined below.
Participants planning to attend In-Person must select: SIAM Conference on Uncertainty Quantification - IN-PERSON
IN-PERSON REGISTRATIONS MUST BE COMPLETED ONLINE ON OR BEFORE APRIL 5. IN-PERSON REGISTRATION WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE ONLINE AFTER THIS DATE, NOR WILL IT BE AVAILABLE ONSITE AT THE CONFERENCE LOCATION.
SIAM policy requires In-Person registrants to provide proof of vaccination, and registrants will be contacted with instructions on how to upload the required documentation. In-Person attendance will not be permitted without receipt of vaccination documentation. Exemptions or exceptions will be *not* made to this policy out of consideration for the safety and well-being of SIAM staff and other conference participants.
SIAM has partnered with SafeAccess to allow In-Person attendees to upload their required vaccination documentation in advance of their arrival at the conference venue. If you have registered in person, you will receive an email from SafeAccess.app asking you to upload your vaccination record for verification purposes. We recommend you “whitelist” the domain SafeAccess.app to avoid having this email caught in your spam filter.

Participants planning to attend Virtually must select: SIAM Conference on Uncertainty Quantification – VIRTUAL
Virtual conference registration will remain available for the duration of the conference.
All registrants must register using SIAM’s online registration system. If you are a SIAM member, the login is the same as your member login. If you do not remember your username or password you may request it using the link on the registration site by providing the email in your SIAM record. You must use your member login to get the member rate for the conference. If you are not a member, but attended a SIAM conference or purchased a SIAM publication in the past, check for an existing account. This will allow you to register without setting up a new account. If you do not have an existing account you can follow the link to create a new account.
Attendees must register themselves using their own login credentials. If you are registering individuals other than yourself, please contact us for assistance.
In-Person Registration and Badge Pick-Up
As stated above under “Registration Types,” In-Person registration will not be available after April 5, 2022. All In-Person registrations must be processed online on or before April 5, 2022. Only Virtual conference registration will be available after this date, and through the conclusion of the conference.

In-Person registration materials will be available for pick up at the SIAM Badge Pick-Up and Information Desk, located on the 8th Floor Terrace of the Westin Peachtree Plaza. Any In-Person registrants who do not provide proof of vaccination by April 6, 2022 will not be permitted to collect registration materials onsite, and their registration will be converted from In-Person to Virtual.
